babi guling (suckling pig) is one of the most popular balinese food. tourists love babi guling ibu oka or babi guling candra because for those who's not used to spicy food that's the right decision to made. but for we, the native prefer places out of it. let''s say babi guling nyoman siring in penatih (my fav!), babi guling sanur (on the opposite side of mc donald's) or babi guling dobiel in nusa dua.

i made this during my stay in jogja. i really miss 'the real' babi guling. can't wait to go home.
